THE WICKED KIWI COCKTAIL
In order to help you create the most authentic signature cocktail possible, the good people over at Treylor Park have been generous enough to provide the recipe for their famous Jalapeno Peach Jam. See below for ingredients and instructions, all of which can be found at your local Publix, or nearest grocer. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 bag of frozen peaches
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
4 diced jalapenos
2 quarts of water
¼ cup of pectin
Instructions
1 – Add the frozen peaches, sugar, cinnamon, jalapenos, and water to a cooking pot
2 – Bring the ingredients to a boil on stove and reduce to simmer
3 – Add the pectin
4 – Continue to simmer until peaches have become soft
5 – Move contents into a blender and puree
6 – Let contents cool and refrigerate for storage
